The kitchen of the Křtiny Chateau provides catering services for all events held not only at the chateau but on all the premises and forests of the School Forest Enterprise Křtiny. We have rich experience with providing cold and warm snacks served in the form of buffets, and also outdoors serving the food in a romantic way from a field kitchen (for instance boar goulash and smoked sausages).
Very popular at forest picnics or in the courtyard of the chateau is barbecued pig and wild boar.
Controlled wine tasting provided by a professional wine-grower from the School Farm in Žabčice offers a true gustatory experience and lots of new information with it.
For all the events we can arrange request accompanying programmes, such as music and dance performances, cimbalom music bands, fireworks, fire shows etc.
The restaurant is not open to the public and provides privacy during the events; it is open on the customers’ request. On the menu are special venison dishes, particularly made from boar.
We offer a wide range of alcoholic and soft drinks, wines with attribute and draught beer at the guests’ choice.
